INFO:  We were given just a few of these very precious seeds from an Iranian neighbor who got them from relatives in Iran.  Persian basil or Reyhan is a key part of the traditional Persian dish Sabzi Khordan, a plate of fresh herbs served with almost every meal.

Epic origin: Iran

Planting Instructions: Sow shallowly in cells or small pots.  Transplant to garden after all danger of frost, every 4-8 inches in rows 18-24 inches apart. For a continuous supply of leaves harvest plants by pinching off tops at each node.
